Recently, Adam Gonzalez, CEO for COSTEP and RSTEF had the privilege of participating on a panel during the Workforce Development Ecosystem: Building the Workforce of Tomorrow Conference. The panel discussed how understanding growing industries and the impact they have on workforce development is important to support the growth in the Rio Grande Valley. The panel was moderated by Ms. Rose Benavidez of the Starr County Industrial Foundation. Mr. Gonzalez was joined on the panel by Cledia Hernandez, Texas State Technical College, Mark Hodgson, SA Recycling, and Orlando Campos, Harlingen Economic Development Corporation.
