Yesterday’s launch of the Lloyds Bank #ConsumerDigitalIndex revealed shocking gaps in digital skills that impact every corner of the UK workforce—and the consequences are massive. ?? ?????? ????????-?????????????? ??????????: ?Less than half of the workforce (48%) can handle essential digital work tasks. ?Young adults aren’t immune: Only 57% of 18–24-year-olds feel confident using digital tools at work. ?The gender gap is growing: Just 44% of women can complete essential digital tasks vs. 52% of men. ??
