We had a marvelous time breaking ground on California State University, Fullerton's new Sequoia Student Housing Phase 5! The Sundt Construction + HMC Architects design-build team joined faculty, staff, students, and esteemed community leaders to commemorate the $109 million, 510-bed project. JAG Logistics Center @ DEN is pleased to welcome its newest tenant, COSCO Fire Protection Denver, to the park. This turn-key Tenant Improvement project showcases the flexibility JAG offers to its clients, with almost half of the 23,000 SF built out as office space, including converting part of the warehouse into offices. In addition, Cosco was able to perform all the fire protection installation for this TI. Boasting 23 private offices on two levels, multiple conference and break rooms, a training classroom, open office space, all new finishes, exterior fenced in yard, and plenty of warehouse room, this custom designed space has it all. Kearny High School new building is underway. We did a 75% progress sprinkler site visit last week. Great job consultant team and thanks to architect SPGA for bringing us on this project.
