Sober October Vision Board Night Event Description
Join us for a night of creativity, connection, and community, all without the influence of alcohol. The Booze-free Beverage Tasting & Vision Board Night at Sèchey is a community based event designed facilitate a fun, substance-free social environment. Create a vision for the coming year using magazines, stickers, markers, & paint while you socialize & sip on expert crafted booze-free spritz featuring @threespiritdrinks & wines.

Attendees will also receive a special discount code to use to purchase their own booze-free botanical elixirs from Three Spirit, as well as a special discount code to use at Sèchey !

We encourage folks to arrive 15 minutes early to all time for parking, which is available in paid lots and on streets nearby.?

* Choice of up-cycled cardboard (included) or Canvas (+$20) base
* Collage & painting materials
* 1 booze-free beverage
* 2 hours to create & socialize

About Haley Schiek
Haley is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Yoga Teacher (E-CYT 250) who specializes in eating disorder recovery and psycho-spiritual wellness. Haley began teaching the sacred practice of yoga in 2016, after discovering the mental health benefits of yoga in high school. Over the past decade, Haley has taught classes across the United States, from the Coral Pink sand dunes of southern Utah to lakeside classes in northern Pennsylvania. For Haley, yoga is about connecting with and taking care of oneself. Understanding that each individual is a source of divine knowledge, Haley’s goal is to facilitate classes that encourage students to connect to the teacher within.

Haley has enjoyed 3 years alcohol-free, so much so that she has gone on to organize events around sobriety. Haley now enjoys providing a kind and compassionate space for others get curious about their own relationship with booze & other substances as a coach.
