Solutions to oversee the movement of physical goods, starting with autonomous drones for warehouses
关于我们
We're building infrastructure that oversees the storage of all physical goods in the future, using software and robotics/AI. We're starting with drones that oversee inventory in the most centralized part of the supply chain (full pallet distribution centers). Come join us on our journey!

I've been heads down for a few years. I've been building?Corvus Robotics?with?Mohammed Kabir?and a small cracked team, getting the autonomy technology right and our products ready for scale. I didn't feel like I had the right to talk about the big future until we "had the goods" first. We've got the goods now. At?Corvus Robotics, we're rethinking how physical items will be tracked, starting from distribution centers. Every physical good was inventory that was accounted for; this spans every country in the world, across industries like medicine, furniture, groceries, materials, industrial equipment, electronics, your favorite clothes and food. Today, for an enterprise company, this way of tracking requires a thousand barcode scanners and equipment, hundreds of people, plus a dozen disparate legacy software costing organizations up to "a billion dollars and a decade" to implement... AI technology has matured extremely quickly in the last few years. In 2025 and onward, the popularity of AI will move beyond LLMs, and embodied AI agents will explode in prominence. This is the biggest and most exciting thing that will happen to supply chain visibility in decades, and will change the industry as much as barcodes, WMS / ERP software, and printed BOLs did. We're unveiling what we've spent years with partners building and refining. What's inevitable in the future is everything used today (scanners and equipment hardware; people; legacy software) will be transformed, streamlined, and simplified. Corvus One? is just the start, and I'm very excited to share with you more in the coming weeks and months about what's next. There aren't that many shots in a lifespan to do something big. I feel a sense of self-actualization, fulfillment, and pride working with world-class people at Corvus. We intentionally have a small team of very excellent, humble people who are among the best in class at what they do. We're hiring for a few more to join the team:?https://lnkd.in/g4i-WtTT?

Corvus Robotics (YC S18) has raised $18M in Series A and seed funding to bring its autonomous inventory management system to lights-out warehouses. Founded by Jackie W. and Jonathan Sandau, Corvus Robotics has unveiled an updated version of its Corvus One system, which now allows drones to operate autonomously in a distribution center without needing extra infrastructure such as reflectors, stickers, or beacons. The fully autonomous Corvus One drone system uses computer vision and generative AI to navigate both narrow (50 inches) and wide aisles safely. It detects obstacles and can fly at walking speed without disrupting workflow, automatically ascending to avoid collisions with people, forklifts, or robots. The drone can read barcodes in any orientation on cartons or pallets, enhancing efficiency and reducing inventory costs. Corvus One boosts labor productivity by 10x, allowing workers to focus on higher-value tasks like picking and replenishing, resulting in significant labor savings. It achieves 99.9% inventory accuracy, optimizes space utilization by freeing up to 10% of pallet racking space, and reduces material handling costs. The system can integrate with or operate independently of a warehouse management system (WMS), and deployment takes less than a week without the need for Wi-Fi installation. Congrats to the team on the round and launch! https://lnkd.in/g_QE6C-2
