At Fort Riley, KS, and Fort Sill, OK, Corvias' dedicated maintenance professionals battled extreme winter weather over the weekend, working around the clock to support our residents. ???? Team members like Austin Matter, Gabriel Berumen, Thomas Whitaker, Josh Perkins, Chase Fleshman, Andy Urbanek, John Lundberg and Janet Troy—along with many others throughout other Army installations this winter—worked tirelessly to restore heat ??, fix frozen pipes ??, and repair water leaks ?? in our housing communities. Whether on the frontlines or behind the scenes, Corvias team members care. ?? We remain committed to supporting our residents and enhancing the quality of life for the military families we are privileged to serve. Corvias recently completed the third phase of an #energyindependence and security project at Fort Riley, Kansas, together with our partners Onyx Renewables and City Light & Power, Inc. The initiative offsets nearly 40% of annual electricity consumed by the installation’s housing community – and contributed to $2B in community economic impact. ?? By leveraging resident feedback, our teams can pinpoint opportunities for improvement throughout the year. Collaborating with SatisFacts, a third-party survey provider, allows us to gain a holistic view of evolving resident needs. Congratulations to our student residents who were recently selected as SatisFacts drawing winners! One student resident was nearly brought to tears with gratitude, eagerly anticipating the chance to purchase Christmas gifts for her family.

To further strengthen the readiness and resiliency of Fort Novosel for the Army, Corvias will invest $23 million into housing upgrades. This investment supports needed infrastructure improvements and the development work of more than 350 homes in the Allen Heights neighborhood. Homes will receive updated kitchens and bathrooms including new cabinets, countertops, and fixtures.
