Correla is excited to announce that we have partnered with Cadent Gas Limited, the UK’s largest gas distribution network, to enhance its Services Beyond the Meter (SBtM) programme. With the deployment of Correla’s Waypoint field services SaaS solution, Cadent aims to expand the reach and impact of its additional services, ensuring more vulnerable households can access the assistance they need. Cadent’s SBtM programme offers a range of essential services that go beyond its traditional role of maintaining and operating a gas distribution network. The initiative reflects Cadent’s ongoing commitment to safeguarding vulnerable customers, enhancing safety, and promoting energy efficiency. Additionally, it supports their wider carbon reduction efforts, aligning with sustainability goals. Correla’s field service platform, Waypoint, will underpin the programme and enable the effective management of end-to-end processes for Cadent’s field engineers with customisable workflows to enhance operational efficiency and centralise essential data, driving performance and overall customer experience improvements. Christmas Jumper Day Fun!??? ? Yesterday, the festive spirit was in full swing in the office as we celebrated Christmas Jumper Day in style! ? From Elves and glittery reindeer to classic snowflakes, our team showed off their best festive jumpers, outfits and accessories while enjoying an afternoon filled with holiday cheer. ? Highlights of the day: A lively Christmas Quiz (shoutout to our quizmaster Gavin for keeping everyone on their toes!). Delicious mince pies, bubbles and plenty of festive treats. ? Most importantly, we raised money for a great cause! ? Thank you to everyone who participated and to the team that pulled it all together, making it such a great day!
