Criminal Justice students from Gannon University toured SCI Cambridge Springs on Nov. 7 to get a first-hand look at corrections. The students had the opportunity to speak with staff in the areas of social work, security, and Pennsylvania Correctional Industries. They also learned about some of the inmate programming opportunities, including House of Healing, Therapeutic Community, and PAWS Canine Program. Superintendent Lisa Graves said, “We are happy to accommodate these tours and share with the students the various job opportunities available within the corrections field.”
