Operations Planner (T-JFMCC) – Plan and execute theater-level maritime campaigns integrated across all components. Operations Planner (Taiwan) – Lead strategic planning efforts focused on Taiwan-related operations in collaboration with PACFLT, USARPAC, and USINDOPACOM. ? What We’re Looking For: O5-O6 Level Experience 10+ years of operations planning experience Strong understanding of MAGTF, joint, and combined operations Familiarity with the Indo-Pacific theater Proven ability to coordinate across services, allies, and partner nations Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) ?? Corps Solutions is honored to have played a key role in the success of Freedom Shield 2025, by supporting through our Battle Simulation Center teams at both Okinawa and Camp Pendleton. Freedom Shield is an 11-day joint exercise between the Republic of Korea and the United States, designed to reflect operations in the Korean Theater. The exercise integrates live and constructive training across combined, joint, multi-domain, and interagency environments. Our team supported this critical exercise by training Marines on the use of a combat simulator, enabling them to roleplay all subordinate elements of the MAGTF. These simulations generate data that Marines report up to headquarters, challenging commanders to assess complex scenarios, make decisions, and evaluate outcomes in real-time. This year, leveraging the capabilities of Operation Tripoli, Marines from III MEF and 1st Marine Division were able to participate in a distributed format—reporting to their local Battle Simulation Centers at Okinawa and Camp Pendleton. This approach marks a significant evolution from previous years, where dozens of Marines traveled from California to Okinawa, Japan to support the exercise in person. We’re proud to help advance training readiness and operational efficiency through innovation and collaboration.

We just wrapped up an amazing week with our California employees. On Saturday 2 November we celebrated the Marine Corps’ 249th birthday in San Diego at the Water Grill. This was the first time we celebrated the birthday in San Diego. Employees from the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Twentynine Palms, Yuma and all locations in between joined us. It was a fantastic venue made even better by tremendous comaraderie and friendship. A special thanks to Rebecca and Brian Reeves for all the work they did to create centerpieces and the make our venue feel like home. We also want to thank all the staff from the Water Grill.
