On June 13th and 14th, our CEO Perspectives Class of 2024 gathered in Chicago for an insightful and dynamic fourth module focused on "Risk and Opportunity." This session delved into the critical skills needed to navigate and thrive in an environment of rapid change, volatility, and adversity. The cohort explored strategies to embrace the challenges created by globalization, technological advancements, and societal and political changes. They learned to move beyond a traditional risk management mindset and identify new opportunities in a rapidly evolving business landscape. Throughout the module, our participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions led by distinguished CEOs and leading academics. These sessions provided deep insights into how leaders can navigate tectonic shifts and guide their organizations through constant crises and upheaval. The practical frameworks and strategies shared will help our fellows tackle the challenges of the new world order with confidence.
