Just read the Ignites article on our new benchmarking research for plan sponsors, the Retirement Plan Sponsor Experience Benchmark. Some key takeaways from the research: 1. TIAA took the top spot among 14 recordkeepers in the report, followed by Fidelity Investments and T. Rowe Price 2. User experience matters tremendously – we surveyed the users of plan sponsor platforms and found that 85% rated “ease of finding information” as very/extremely important. 3. Digital experience is becoming a key selection factor - 40% of plan sponsors reported being only "somewhat satisfied" with their current recordkeeper's website, suggesting potential opportunities for firms to win business through better digital experiences. Digital experience has evolved from a "nice-to-have" to a critical component of recordkeeper selection and retention. This research will help firms create better digital platforms. Becker's Healthcare recently covered Corporate Insight's Medicare Monitor report which analyzed 14 Medicare health insurers' member mobile app home screens and navigation structures. https://lnkd.in/eg7sZ3Jq Key Findings: -43% of Medicare members log into their insurer's mobile app multiple times monthly (vs. 25% for websites), making mobile UX a critical touchpoint -Top-performing apps showcase plan details AND direct links to care search tools on the home screen -Only 7% of Medicare apps offer customizable home screens—a major opportunity for personalization -93% feature main navigation rows, but only 36% include comprehensive secondary menus -The best apps effectively use tiles and carousels to consolidate information for smaller screens ?? To better understand?how financial professionals serve their clients?in today’s complex environment, CI conducted in-depth interviews with 11 advisors. Our goal was to understand what advisors see as their clients’ primary needs, how they view their roles in client relationships and what resources are most useful in helping them meet those needs. The findings reveal that advisors clearly recognize their evolving role, prioritizing two fundamental client needs: personalized financial planning and emotional support.
