#CMMC tidbit for today. The DoD has posted a new CUI Marking aid without fanfare. Thanks to Regan Edens for posting on it. The question of whether or not contractors can mark CUI has been a hot topic for years. Regan and I have always been aligned I believe that the answer was yes, but there have been others with different, reasonable outlooks and interpretations. "Contractors are authorized to create and mark CUI documents and can be listed as the POC in the CUI designation indicator block."
