Corona Regional Medical Center is proud to announce that we have earned an 'A' Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group. This independent group recognizes how safe CRMC keeps patients from errors, injuries, accidents and infections! "This grade is a moment of pride for the team that is always laser focused on ensuring patients that trust us with their care receive the best outcomes. It is an external validation by an objective organization of our commitment to continuous quality improvement," said Alistair Machoka, CEO of Corona Regional Medical Center. This is a huge accomplishment that took the entire team at Corona Regional!

Our staff continues to celebrate the recognition of our "A" for Patient Safety from The Leapfrog Group. Everyone got a breakfast burrito to celebrate, and a fun time was had by all! Again, this "A" is a moment of pride and a validation of our commitment to continuous quality improvement to our patients and the communities we serve.

Corona Regional Medical Center was excited to support the Corona State of the City address last week. Our Mayor, Tom Richins, opened up with some fun emails he received from the residents and then introduced an excellent video on the past year and accomplishments in the City of Corona. The Norco Mayor, Kevin Bash, and the Corona Chamber CEO, Bobby Spiegel, were there as well. Congratulations go to the City of Corona!

Last week, Donnette and the women of Corona/Norco's Interfaith Network stopped by our Emergency Room to drop off some "bags of love". They were put together by some incredible women who are giving back to patients at CRMC and City of Hope. Our ER staff were so grateful to be able to give these bags out and put a smile on patients in the Emergency Room. Thank you, Donnette and her team, for thinking of us!
