?? Cornerstone was honored to partner with Methodist Services to provide Civil Engineering and Survey Services for their new housing development, Inglis Methodist Gardens. This remarkable project, awarded low-income housing tax credits by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency in July 2019, was completed in 2022. Inglis Methodist Gardens, a $16.4 million development, houses formerly homeless families and individuals with disabilities within its 47-unit apartment building. This initiative brings together affordable housing providers, healthcare organizations, and social services agencies to offer residents comprehensive medical care, mental-health services, social services, and job training opportunities—all within the same community. Our team collaborated closely with Methodist and Inglis staff, the project architect, the geotechnical engineer, attorneys, and the general contractor to bring this project to life.
