This rule could limit access to overdraft services — a lifeline for many members needing short-term financial help. Senate and House leaders have introduced resolutions to block the rule, and a legal challenge is already in motion. Why does this matter to you? ? Overdraft services give members a choice and flexibility. ? Credit unions already clearly disclose fees — transparency is key. ? This rule could hurt those who rely on these services the most.
