Celebrating Truity Credit Union's recent promotions and new hires!
??Joe Beffer, CCUE has been promoted to chief lending officer. He will oversee all lending operations, including Truity’s mortgage, consumer, and commercial lending and servicing departments. He will oversee lending operations across all market locations and contribute to strategic planning and development as a member of the executive leadership team for the credit union. Previously, he served as SVP, director of lending, and worked in mortgage, consumer lending, and credit resolutions for 13 years. He also has experience with mortgage loss mitigation and vendor relationship management.
??Andria McCollough, CCUF was promoted to chief administrative officer. She will oversee the people development, facilities, and operations departments, a process improvement program, and project management initiatives. She has nearly 30 years of experience in training, human resources, and non-profit service in the Bartlesville community. Since joining the credit union in 2007, she has led and sponsored the organization’s cultural development team and created the Talent Development Program, which leads employees through a career development journey to explore their personal and professional growth opportunities.
??Clare Ppool has been promoted to manager of people development. She led recruiting efforts in the people development department for over four years. She joined Truity in 2016, working with people development since 2019. She also enjoys volunteering at most Truity events and supporting The United Way, Samaritan Counseling and Growth Center, and Hope Clinic.
??Garrett Carnes has been named branch manager. He has several years of experience in the financial industry and public service. He is active in the Kansas City and Olathe communities. He looks forward to fostering great relationships with members and demonstrating his commitment to Truity’s Olathe team.
??David T. Hunt has been named the senior business development officer. He brings more than two decades of expertise in financial services and has filled multiple roles, including in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning. Having spent much of his career in the Kansas City metro area and Johnson County, Hunt’s deep understanding of the local business environment and his strong connections within the community make him a great addition.
