This 15,000 SF, state-of-the-art facility provides primary care, OB/GYN, and cardiovascular services to the growing McCordsville community. With this project, Cornerstone proudly marks 7 completed projects for IU Health, showcasing our integrated platform as developer, contractor, owner, and property & facility manager. We’re excited to be part of the development of the Indianapolis area’s premier dental-only ambulatory surgery center! Five Points Surgery Center is a groundbreaking collaboration between five local pediatric dentists, dedicated to providing a kid-friendly, state-of-the-art facility designed specifically for dental care. Created by dentists for dentists, this center will fill a critical need in our community, ensuring children receive specialized care in a comfortable environment. Opening in spring 2025!
