?? Breaking News: The FDA has approved Ozempic? (semaglutide) to reduce the risk of worsening kidney disease, kidney failure, and cardiovascular death in adults with type 2 diabetes and CKD. Key Highlights: ? Expanded Indication: Ozempic? is now the only GLP-1 receptor agonist approved to address both glycemic control and kidney disease progression in this patient population. ? FLOW Trial Results: Clinical data showed a 24% risk reduction in kidney disease progression, kidney failure, and cardiovascular death. ?
