Recently, the US Army I Corp successfully deployed the ATMOS Tactical Edge Node during the I Corp-led Warfighter 25-02 and Yama Sakura 87 exercises. Belcan partnered with Core Systems, the material developer of ATMOS, and supported the exercise to understand how I Corp leveraged the system. ? Designed for the demands of modern warfare, the ATMOS node provides a compact, powerful solution for edge computing, featuring advanced compute and GPU capabilities. This enables critical data processing and AI applications allowing for rapid decision-making directly at the tactical edge, significantly enhancing Command and Control (C2) on the move and supporting Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO). ? "The Atmos server has revolutionized our tactical edge computing. We've transitioned from deploying cumbersome 400+ pound server stacks to a streamlined 20-80 pound solution, achieving faster setup times and unparalleled capabilities.” - CW3 David Sheets, Services Engineer, First Corps, US Army. ? “Much like a modern smartphone surpasses an early cell phone, the Atmos offers advanced performance and enhanced portability – allowing our team to deploy globally with minimal logistical footprint. This eliminates the need for heavy military-grade cases and avoids unwanted attention, making it an ideal solution for mission-critical operations," Sheets shared. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/egkfHPCz
