Each year we host our annual Convening, a space for CORES-certified organizations to come together and learn from each other about innovative ideas and best practices. This year, our session on measuring resident satisfaction, agency, and voice explored how practitioners are tracking and measuring resident experience and why this is critical to the work. With support from RWJF, Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF) developed an updated guide which outlines four foundational measures of resident voice and agency.
