Coreon Health is creating a high-touch, high-tech, evidence-based digital platform to align the mental and behavioral health care for congenital heart disease (CHD) patients and families.
CHD is the most common birth defect in the United States, with hospital expenditures for this population totaling $6 billion annually. Despite being high utilizers of healthcare, the mental and behavioral health needs of these patients have historically been largely unmet. Coreon Health is on a mission to change this by bringing specialized mental health services for the CHD community to scale.
