  • July member Spotlight!! We have 2 extraordinary supporters & partners in the world of Corporate Real-estate & Workplace Solutions. Danielle Carrier & Scott Studzinski, SIOR, CRE Sensei of Cresa CoreNet Global Central Texas appreciates and values everything you do for our chapter, region and our industry! Danielle positions the distinctive Cresa brand in the Austin marketplace, focusing on designing, developing, & implementing communication programs, media & client events to promote Cresa's occupier first strategy to help Austin business owners find the perfect space that helps them scale & flourish. Danielle also strengthens relationships in the commercial real estate industry through partnerships, sponsorships, & community engagement. Prior to real estate, Danielle worked in Marketing for Marriott Hotels & Kendra Scott. What do you see as one of this industry's biggest change opportunities as we move into this new hybrid work world? I believe the biggest change opportunity we have had in this new work world, along with our community partners is the way we now work with our clients. We’re having to ask a series of questions that were barely in our vocabulary before the pandemic. Thinking holistically helps us serve and speak the language of our customers in a more meaningful way, ensuring we address their evolving needs & preferences effectively. This opportunity allows us to foster stronger relationships and create tailored solutions that are more than just a transaction. These new solutions align with our clients' hybrid work strategies, ultimately enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction. Scott is a leading industry veteran, with over 15 years in Austin's Commercial Real Estate market. He's completed +320 transactions totaling more than 10 million SF with industry leaders. Prior to Real Estate, Scott left his hometown of Detroit (Go Blue!) to follow his passion for business, tech, and adventure. Scott's transactions span a unique range of industries from engineering, operations, finance, & technology. On the weekends, you can find Scott coaching his daughter’s basketball team or mountain biking the scenic trails of Austin. “How did you find yourself in this industry… what was your path like?” When I moved to Austin for business school 20 years ago, I left behind a duplex in Vancouver, WA and had my close friend manage it.??This was a bit of a disaster operationally, but after graduation, the proceeds of the duplex sale paid off most of my student loans, and then I was hooked. Post-graduation, I worked for and on behalf of a large industrial REIT, Prologis among others, before jumping the fence 11 years later to work solely with Occupiers and Corporate users of real estate.?Today, I enjoy consulting with my clients to help find and foster the best environment for their business to grow
