Job Summary:?The Associate Broker is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing expert advice and market insights. This role involves networking, marketing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the local market. Key Responsibilities: Client Representation: -Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. -Conduct property showings, market analysis, and property valuations. -Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Transaction Management: -Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and closing documents. -Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements on behalf of clients. -Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence activities. Market Research and Analysis: -Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and developments in the local real estate market. -Analyze market data to provide clients with insights and recommendations. -Maintain an updated database of available properties and market comparables.
