Final touches going in at MadTree Brewing Company's Parks and Rec location in Blue Ash. Including this beautiful floor to ceiling living wall by Urban Blooms. This pairs nicely with the living chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and the large tree coming out of the bar produced by Blue Rhino Design.

Congrats to Thor Morgan and his team for the successful opening of Galaxie in Covington. CORE Resources, Inc. was the contractor and lead the design process for this new 8,000 SF bar and music venue. This will be a great addition to the Covington bar and music scene.

Coming Soon! The newest bar from Four Entertainment Group at the Rookwood Exchange. CORE Resources, Inc. is in finishing mode with tile and millwork being installed. This will be 4EG's third location of a Roosevelt Room following success in Liberty and Bridge Park. The new location will have a similar vibe with a few new details.

New bar and live music venue alert in Covington, KY. CORE Resources, Inc. has been working with the owner's of Galaxie Bar to design and build out their vision. The project is a complete gut and renovation of the former ACME Lock building at 815 Madison Avenue. This is going to be a great addition to the bar scene in Covington.

We are ahead of schedule at MadTree Brewing Company's new taproom and event space at Summit Park in Blue Ash. The interiors, kitchen and landscaping are moving quickly to be ready for a Q1 opening. This is going to be a great space that flows into Summit Park. There is even a walkup pickup window for quick ordering from the park.

Nothing like this new build that CORE Resources, Inc. has been working on along the Ohio River. This was the last lot on a prominent street in Anderson Township that took some creative design and placement with the topography to maximize the river view, privacy, and livability for the homeowners. I think we nailed it. The home was designed with "pods" for living and entertaining. We'll be wrapping up the exterior soon while hardwoods and painting continue inside.

The sun was shining when we took these drone shots of this new home CORE Resources, Inc. is building. Our limestone pavers from Stone Center have been delivered and TowneScapes has started to lay the stone. Next will be exposed aggregate concrete drive, paving, landscaping, custom metal railings and finishing of the gunite pool. Inside is wrapping up with millwork and paint.

Coming this weekend! The newest entertainement venue at Newport On The Levee is opening. Par3 is a 27 hole indoor putt putt course overlooking the Ohio River with a full bar and great menu. CORE Resources, Inc. partnered with the owner and PLATTE Architecture + Design to turn this former bookstore into top notch attraction. Through diligent planning and scheduling this 17,000 SF space was turned over in a little over 4 months. Too many good pictures to post. Come see it yourself.
