Not a lot of people know this, but at Titan Restoration we don’t use an answering service. Instead, every employee takes a turn covering after-hours calls. With our team continually growing, we generally only have the phones just one week a year now. This last week was my turn. We had several after-hours emergency calls, and it was a great reminder of how strong our team really is. Just over the weekend we received 5 emergency calls from a vehicle impact, water damage, to fire damage. With just two techs, everything got handled smoothly and quickly, and everyone who needed to be in the loop was kept in the loop. One of the best (and humbling) parts of taking the phones is hearing the emotion in people’s voices right after something goes wrong at their home or property. It’s a real reminder of how important empathy is in our line of work. I also have a huge appreciation for our technicians. With almost 20 years in this industry, and many of them responding to after hours emergencies, I was grateful to only be answering phones and not having to respond onsite. Our guys were the ones out there, in the field, taking care of business after hours and missing time with their own families. Just a reminder of how awesome our team is here at Titan Restoration of AZ, LLC and how glad I am to be a part of this amazing company!
