The scaffolding is coming down, revealing the vibrant colors of this blooming building while making way for waterproofing and landscaping on the podiums. Just like allergy meds help us power through spring, our dehumidifiers are keeping things on track so we can dive into finishes. New Project in Downtown San Jose! CORE Builders is excited to kick off Phase 1 of the Algarve project – the Algarve Environmental Remediation. This crucial phase includes: ? Demolition & abatement of an existing structure ? 20 feet of soil excavation remediation ? Groundwater improvements This work will pave the way for Phase 2 – the future home of an 8-story, 91-unit affordable housing development. Active Jobsite Update: Tamien Station Affordable!! Tamien Station Affordable is moving full steam ahead, gaining momentum through the winter and making progress on all fronts! ?? Roof – Gravity vents are nearly complete, with coping and turret caps reaching new heights. ?? Courtyard Elevations – Painting is underway, and stucco work is progressing across the building. ?? Interior Units – Drywall is up, drops are built and hung, and skimming is in progress. ?? 6th Floor – Gypcrete is scheduled for later this week!
