We’re thrilled to share one of our current projects—bo?tes, a premier student housing development right next to MSU in Bozeman! ?? In partnership with Balboa Real Estate Partners, 50 East Capital Management, Coastal Ridge Real Estate, ARCO/Murray, Sunwest Bank, CORE Architecture, and TwinFocus Real Estate Partners this project is gearing up to offer an incredible living experience for Montana State students starting in the 2025 school year. Pre-leasing is already open! ?? Construction Update: ? Framing kicked off with 8 structures, with a crew of 35 ready to accelerate the schedule. ? Phase I buildings are already making great progress, with framing well underway on multiple structures and the clubhouse. ? Power, gas installation, and permits are all moving along smoothly, keeping us on track. CONGRATULATIONS to Spencer Mitchell for completing all of his licensing requirements and officially becoming an architect! When Spencer was younger, he dreamed of being an architect because he was inspired by the idea that architects are the "why" behind buildings. This definition resonated deeply with him, and he overcame many obstacles to achieve his goal. Looking ahead, Spencer is excited about new experiences and eager to learn more about how and why buildings come together. Design challenges breed innovation - In our own office remodel, we needed a way to have a multi-use common area, so we incorporated a Skyfold Wall. A Skyfold Wall is an innovative, vertically retractable partition system. It’s a highly flexible and space-saving solution that, quite literally, folds into the ceiling, becoming completely concealed. The most apparent advantage is the flexibility it offers in adapting a space to meet the office’s needs. Whether it’s creating separate spaces for different uses or allowing for an open collaborative environment, the system adapts to our team’s needs. The Skyfold Wall also affects the acoustics of the space, reducing noise transfer from one area to another, which is crucial when hosting simultaneous meetings. #25yearsofexcellentdesign #architecturedetails #designexcellence

Bri at Station Park - an Active Adult Community in Farmington, Utah- just won Most Outstanding Multifamily Project from Utah Construction & Design. The Bri is located right next to the Farmington Station and includes 4 stories of apartments with underground parking. The community at Bri at Station Park includes many amenities including a fitness center, clubroom, an outdoor pool and spa, dog park, and resident gardening area. #communitydesign #utaharchitecture #utahlife

At CORE, we understand that most of the perception a user has of a building is based on the quality of its interior environment. From humble beginnings - CORE started November 30, 1998 in Curtis and Janine's unfinished basement as Curtis Miner Architecture.
