We’re excited to share the latest progress on bo?tes, our premier student housing development right next to MSU in Bozeman! ?? Construction Update: ? Paving is underway, adding key infrastructure as we move forward! ? More structures have been framed and are taking shape, adding to the bo?tes community footprint. ? The views from the clubhouse are already breathtaking, offering future residents an incredible setting with the mountains in the backdrop. In collaboration with Balboa Real Estate Partners, 50 East Capital Management, TwinFocus Real Estate Partners, ARCO/Murray, Sunwest Bank, CORE Architecture, and Coastal Ridge Real Estate, this project is on track to welcome Montana State students by the 2025 school year. One of our Principal Architects, Mike Anderson, was on the panel at the 2024 InterFace SLC Multifamily conference. He spoke all about his experience with multifamily projects, as well as recent trends and innovation within architecture. Timpanogos Vision Center just got a serious upgrade. And the cool part? This tenant improvement project was smooth sailing, from start to finish. Rick took charge as the Project Manager, while Bill kept everything moving on-site as the Superintendent. Their leadership made the whole process seamless. The wood moldings and sleek architectural details are the kind of craftsmanship that makes you stop and take notice. We also want to give a big shout-out to CORE Architecture for their incredible design work. They referred Robinson Brothers to bring this project to life. And this project is the result of what happens when a team of experts comes together. Quality work, delivered on time, with a shared goal in mind. Bird's-eye view! We're thrilled to see the Cook Family Park in Pleasant Grove, UT, taking shape from above. The three-story playground is already an impressive sight, and we're just getting started! In partnership with Balboa Real Estate Partners, 50 East Capital Management, Coastal Ridge Real Estate, ARCO/Murray, Sunwest Bank, CORE Architecture, and TwinFocus Real Estate Partners this project is gearing up to offer an incredible living experience for Montana State students starting in the 2025 school year. Pre-leasing is already open! ?? Construction Update: ? Framing kicked off with 8 structures, with a crew of 35 ready to accelerate the schedule. ? Phase I buildings are already making great progress, with framing well underway on multiple structures and the clubhouse. ? Power, gas installation, and permits are all moving along smoothly, keeping us on track. CONGRATULATIONS to Spencer Mitchell for completing all of his licensing requirements and officially becoming an architect! When Spencer was younger, he dreamed of being an architect because he was inspired by the idea that architects are the "why" behind buildings. This definition resonated deeply with him, and he overcame many obstacles to achieve his goal. Looking ahead, Spencer is excited about new experiences and eager to learn more about how and why buildings come together.
