#WhyWednesday from our #ERCF Board Secretary, Courtney Yockey! Courtney, the President and CEO of the Effingham Regional Growth Alliance, sees #COREacademyIL as a long-term benefit to the businesses he works with on a daily basis. “It’s important to be involved with ERCF, because I regularly receive feedback from local businesses regarding skills gaps in the workforce,” he said. “I can assist in identifying opportunities to develop new training programs and have a direct link to current Incumbent Worker Training programs that may prove useful for CORE Academy.” Thanks for your support and your work in the community, Courtney!
