A few weeks ago, our Thursday morning training took on a special purpose as we volunteered for Gems of Hope, a local nonprofit dedicated to bringing support and hope to cancer patients and their families. Over 100 Corda employees created cards, bookmarks, and bracelets for cancer patients in our community. We couldn’t have asked for a better fall day last month to support the Hawkeye Area Council, BSA during their Scouting for Food drive! All donated and sorted items were delivered to Hawkeye Area Community Action Program's Food Reservoir and other local agencies serving the seven counties of Eastern Iowa.
