International Women’s Day from inception was a celebration of when women come together to support each other, collaborate for change, and demonstrate the power of our grace. The women in my life cannot be described in whole. If I speak on their power, I would underestimate. If I share about their compassion, I would miss the size of their heart. If I tell you the impacts, I would skip the reach. If I try to list their accomplishments, I would never have enough time. Women cannot be summarized. Employee Appreciation day is coming up. Anyone that knows me, knows these little notes are my ‘love language’. This cheesy note from Starbucks made me smile this morning … I’m just a consumer. They didn’t know.. but that made me smile and want to make sure my staff knew how much I appreciate them, not just on a calendar day, but each day they work to provide the utmost to our patients and each other…defining the Delta. I have notes in my clinic from Ashley Langford, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, AIB-VR, Cert.
