    The wait is over. Coral Messaging has launched our first product, and we already have clients testing our disruptive functionality.?We are an official WhatsApp partner, and our product is business software built on top of one of WhatsApp's latest beta features called "Groups API". If you have employees who are messaging your customers from the WhatsApp consumer app, and you would like to have visibility, automations, and insights on those conversations, we are first-to-market with a solution and are eager for your feedback. Our current testers offer a glimpse into where the value is: - A Luxury retailer who wants visibility into advisor / VIP client conversations over WhatsApp to increase sales via best-in-class clienteling over WhatsApp - A global private bank that needs to archive all client communications for regulatory purposes - A construction software company in Germany where construction site workers submit issues and re-orders over WhatsApp? - A bank in Brazil that is already built on top of WhatsApp, but with this new functionality we are testing how to split payments for dinner or travel within a WhatsApp group - A healthcare company in India can now place several specialists and a patient in a group for a less fragmented care experience We are amazed at the number of use cases across verticals and countries. We are thrilled to reach this milestone and appreciate all the support from our friends and colleagues and the industry at large.?Now, we need to race to the next phase, which is getting in-production learnings from those clients brave enough to innovate and bring this new functionality to their employees and customers.     Exciting news for Coral Messaging: Meta has publicly announced the Groups API feature at their annual Conversations conference this month (https://lnkd.in/dn_Yps3i), which enterprises across industries have been waiting for for years.? Coral Messaging’s product is built on top of this new functionality, and we are in the WhatsApp program for early access.? Our software allows businesses to create a WhatsApp chat between employees and their contacts, giving them transparency into the conversations and unlocking more ease of use for the employees/contacts, including automation, scalable messaging, employee coaching, and insights into customer needs.?
