With over two decades of experience caring for individuals with kidney disease in both Jersey Shore University Medical Center and skilled nursing settings, Elmer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His insights into disease management and prevention will greatly enhance our #ChronicKidneyDisease (CKD) programs across our Jersey Shore centers.
