https://lnkd.in/gdAcBfJz We are thrilled to announce that Copia Power has successfully closed a $1.24 billion construction loan for our Centennial Flats Project in La Paz County, AZ. Centennial Flats will have a total solar generating capacity of 500 MW and battery energy storage of 1,069 MWh and is expected to be completed in 2026. This financing, executed by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Crédit Agricole CIB, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Natixis CIB, and Wells Fargo, will support the construction and operations of Centennial Flats. The innovative financing structure optimizes the monetization of tax benefits and provides long-term capital structure flexibility.
