Boo from the CCEC Crew! We're having quite the electrifying Halloween this morning! Looks like the Grinch traded Whoville for the Oregon Coast (Thanks for the awesome costume, Pivot!). Our amazing Member Services Representative transformed into a beautiful monarch butterfly while our dispatcher tried to catch her in his net! And is that our Marketing & Member Services Manager in a Dodgers hat? Nice try - that's a spooky choice for Halloween! Some might say wearing a Dodgers hat today is scarier than any costume out there! Have a safe and happy Halloween!

关于我们
Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CCEC) was founded in 1939 by a group of Coos County, Oregon, residents who wanted to provide electricity to residents in their rural service territory environment. At the time, the concept of community ownership meant local people working together to meet local needs. That concept or philosophy still guides everything we do today. Nearly 75 years later, this non-profit cooperative serves approximately 14,000 members with over 17,000 meters in Curry County and portions of Coos and Douglas Counties; and 1,634 miles of line, including 54 miles of transmission line between Gold Beach and Brookings. CCEC serves members in the rural areas east and south of Coos Bay in Coos County, a portion of Douglas County and all of Curry County except for the town of Langlois. Headquartered in Port Orford, Oregon, CCEC has area business offices in Port Orford, Coquille, Gold Beach and Brookings.

Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Beacon Broadbandd are excited to kick off our annual October Food Drive! This year, we’re making it even easier to help those in need. After hearing from local food banks, we learned that cash donations stretch further, thanks to their ability to purchase food at lower costs. So, along with non-perishable food items, you can also donate cash—or even drop off your spare change—at any of our office locations. Every contribution counts! In Coos and Curry Counties, nearly 13% of households experience food insecurity, but together, we can make a difference. Your continued support helps ensure that fewer families go hungry.
