We are shouting from the rooftops about our latest sustainability project! The new CoorsTek rooftop and carport solar system is now fully operational at our manufacturing facility in Rayong, Thailand. This 1.5 megawatt-peak (MWp) system is expected to generate approximately 2,000 megawatt-hours (MWh) of renewable electricity annually, providing significant cost savings and reducing our carbon footprint by about 840 metric tons of CO2 emissions per year. Our CoorsTek Oguni, Japan facility recently hosted a Hot Pot Event in the facility’s cafeteria, helping our team stay warm and healthy through the freezing winter! Team members enjoyed four delicious hot pot flavors—Ishikari, Kimchi, Mizutaki, and Lemon—with unlimited refills! The Kimchi flavor was the crowd favorite, but every pot was a hit. Beyond just great food, this event was all about bringing people together, strengthening connections, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
