Camden Works is committed to connecting Camden residents to employment opportunities and workforce development training within the city and surrounding region. By providing resources, case management, and wraparound services to encourage job placement and retention, Camden Works offers holistic support to Camden residents seeking pathways to viable careers. Last week, we released the 2024 Camden Works Progress Report, highlighting the goals and achievements of this unique employment and workforce development initiative that positively impacts the City of Camden, its residents, and local businesses. Earlier this week, we distributed 160 bags of food to residents of Ablett Village. ?? Thank you to all our partners, volunteers, and participants who made this possible! The donations were made possible by Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Office of the Mayor, The Michaels Organization, Better Tomorrows, the Housing Authority of the City of Camden, and the Camden County Police Department. #Holidays #CamdenNJ

??? Camden's Healthy Cooking Challenge on Saturday brought out our community's culinary stars! Residents took on a fun "Chopped"-style competition, crafting delicious dishes using ingredients like sweet potatoes and spinach and creating custom adobo spice blends.
