Congratulations to our latest Daisy Award Winner, Deborah Rosenblatt, RN, Burn ICU, who was nominated by her colleague Jana. “Debbie is a great nurse and a mentor with a kind heart. Recently, we had a young patient who unfortunately had to undergo amputations due to a very serious car accident and burns. As this patient's journey at the burn unit was coming to an end, Debbie decided to get a basketball and have the staff sign it. She brought a huge smile on the patient's face as well their family members.
