    ? Save the Date for You Grill Girl 2025 - April 24th! ? Now in its 5th year, Les Dames d’Escoffier (LDEI) Austin Chapter’s premier event, You Grill, Girl returns on April 24th with what just might be its best lineup to date. The fundraising event will highlight smoked and grilled dishes by 10+ powerhouse female chefs and bakers as well as a fully stocked bar featuring the goods from female winemakers, brewers and distillers. Once again taking place in the parking lot of Franklin Barbecue, the event has an anticipated attendance of 300 food enthusiasts and media. Proceeds from ticket sales, raffle, silent auction and sponsorships will benefit LDEI’s scholarship programs, which helps advance the careers of women in culinary, hospitality, and fine beverage industries.   • So grateful for Blue Impact? grant from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) in helping Ascension Seton Foundation’s Food is the Best Medicine (FBM) program deliver the food, as well as provide nutrition education and information about community food resources! FBM program aims to alleviate food insecurity, improve health outcomes, and promote equitable access to nutrient rich food to parents and their newborn children through community partnerships.
