    A lot of people might be able to share advice or “best practices”’ related to equity work, but that’s very different from truly embodying the work. At Be Equitable, we’re striving to BE possibility for our clients and communities we serve. This means less talking about “the work” or intellectualizing theories so that others can “do the work”, and more... BEing the work: ?? Asking ourselves the tough questions; ??BEing transparent about our wonderings and the challenges we’re experiencing as individual practitioners and as a collective; ??Sharing more about our learning (and unlearning) journeys; and ??Holding ourselves accountable when we don’t “get it right.” This is the essence of our upcoming newsletter!
