1 个月I totally agree with this article. In fact, when I lead development teams there are a number of points that I consider essential. It is necessary to keep a team motivated and in constant evolution and learning of new emerging technologies. They must have company training from the rest of the departments. A developer who knows in a very high percentage the context of the rest of the departments, when it comes to making decisions, is much more proactive and effective. In a company, although we all have different positions, the objective we must have is common to achieve the prospecting that the management team has decided within its roadmap.
