The streaming industry had another ‘Olympics’ moment last night, highlighting the power of a great or poor user experience on a brand. Every company faces its own big moment, the ones with the highest visibility: Black Friday for e-commerce, the summer holiday season for travel. They also face the very same issues daily, the moments when brands are on the line. To win gold in all scenarios, businesses must understand and optimize true quality of experience, for all users, all devices, in real time. This is the experience from the customers’ perspective.
