Convergint was built on a solid foundation of Values and Beliefs. Before we were legally formed, before we received one order, before we hired one colleague, leadership began writing down the principles that would eventually become our Values and Beliefs. Although they have evolved with our company as we've grown, our 10 Values and Beliefs continue to drive our positive culture, and are what truly makes us different.

We have created a culture of giving at Convergint, a culture that we believe is central to our success as an organization. Not only do we give to our local communities all throughout the year, but we also take it to the next level with our yearly Convergint Social Responsibility Day. Each year in June, Convergint shuts down operations for a full workday in order to allow our colleagues to go into their communities and contribute to those in need.

Safety is our top priority, and Convergint is committed to providing the tools, training, and programs so that all projects and service calls are completed without incidents or injuries. To support this culture and increase safety awareness between all colleagues, we have a dedicated Safety Coordinator in each office under the direction of our National Safety Officer.
