关于我们
Convergence is a nonpartisan, non-profit that convenes leaders with diverse or conflicting views to build trust, identify solutions, and form alliances for seemingly intractable national issues. We achieve outcomes through structured, facilitated dialogue and long-term relationship building, shifting the focus from winning the debate to collectively seeking solutions. Convergence is addressing a broad range of issues, including education, long-term care financing, poverty and economic mobility, nutrition and wellness, and the federal budget process.

The exhaustingly divisive campaign season is now behind us. Regardless of how we feel about the results, a lingering question remains for us all: How do we move forward together as fellow Americans? While it can be hard for some to envision a unified future, we know from over 15 years of bringing together people with diverse ideas and perspectives that we can tackle the pressing challenges ahead. Time and time again, our work shows that solving tough problems and building relationships across differences is possible, even on some of the most contentious issues and during the most divisive times. We remain dedicated to our mission and urge everyone to come together as one nation, united in our commitment to meaningful advancement for all.
