We’re excited to celebrate Massachusetts’ vibrant travel and tourism industry in less than one month at the Massachusetts Governor's Conference! This year’s conference highlights innovative strategies to position Massachusetts as a premier destination, leveraging international markets, emphasizing authentic storytelling and marquee events like the Massachusetts 250 commemoration. We are two months away from Boston Marathon weekend here in Boston. The 129th edition of the race will again bring an array of programming to the city for the global group of runners trotting to town. We're again thrilled to be teamed up with the Boston Athletic Association on many of the weekend's events, including the 47th Boston Marathon Expo from April 18-20. Conventures has produced the Expo every year since its inception in 1979! We're also supporting the weekend-long Fan Fest at City Hall Plaza, and Boston Marathon Mile 27, the official post race party on Monday afternoon. During the race, we'll have teams deployed across all 26.2 miles of the event to produce sponsor activations for the enjoyment of participants and spectators. It's one of Boston's best weekends and we're excited to help the city put its best foot forward!

We are 3 months away from the 57th Walk for Hunger! This year’s walk will be held on Sunday, May 4th and take participants through Boston Common. The 3-mile walk helps raise money for critically needed hunger relief in Massachusetts. Project Bread fights to reduce the impacts of hunger in Greater Boston through feeding programs, community engagement, and advocacy. The Walk for Hunger is the company’s signature fundraising event, featuring multiple family-friendly activities for guests and the public. Registration opens mid-February and we look forward to helping Project Bread produce the event. See you then! 📸: Project Bread

We are already starting to stretch for Boston Children’s Hospital's Yoga Reaches Out in just three months! 🧘 On Sunday, May 4th, more than 1,000 participants, marketplace vendors, sponsors, and volunteers will come together for a day of inspiration and empowerment. Participants of all experience levels and yoga styles are invited to join the fun at The TRACK at New Balance. Proceeds help bring lifesaving answers to patients at Boston Children's Hospital, fueling vital care, support services and research breakthroughs to help sick kids and their families heal and thrive. As the hub for connection and learning for senior-level HR leaders in New England, HRLF helps HR executives anticipate and address changes and challenges impacting workforces and workplaces across the region. For hundreds of HR professionals, HRLF provides a dynamic lineup of events, a deep roster of resources, and a crucial network of allies where fellow workforce leaders can exchange ideas. We're returning to the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport tomorrow for the 2025 Pinnacle Awards, which honor the contributions of powerful women in their workplaces and communities in Greater Boston. Each year, the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce hosts the ceremony and our team manages major components of the event. This Thursday, we're heading to the Omni Boston Seaport Hotel to attend the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston’s Annual Dinner. The event is the organization’s largest fundraising opportunity of the year, and celebrates the Boys & Girls Clubs’ year-round impact on the lives of young people in Greater Boston. If you’re a fan of frozen desserts (of course you are), and love a good event venue (of course you do), look no further than the newly-opened MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM (MOIC) in Boston. The interactive museum offers educational exhibits, interactive displays, and dining experiences with plenty of localized details such as Boston-centric flavors like “Lobstah Ice Cream.” (We have not tried this yet.) In addition to being a fun weekend getaway, the MOIC also offers private event packages and museum buy-outs. You can make your corporate event at the MOIC a night to remember with customized gift bags, tour guides, and, of course, free ice cream!
