For our NYC-based team, it’s a pleasure to work together—and where we do it makes all the difference. For more than a year, we’ve made our home base at Convene, a thoughtfully-designed, hospitality-centered coworking space in the heart of Midtown. We love it for a number of reasons—the open, airy space, the chic rooftop terrace, the convenient location (just steps from Grand Central Station). Niamh Martin, UK managing director at Convene, joined the "Evolving Occupier Needs in the Flex Space Market" panel discussion at the recent GCUC UK event, held at Convene 22 Bishopsgate in London. The overarching theme of the session was experience -? how flex providers are adapting offerings and services to enhance the member experience as well as the role experience plays in member retention. As a hospitality company first and foremost, Niamh shared how running Convene locations like a five-star hotel continues to be a competitive advantage. The panel comprised industry leaders including Danny Babington, global lead - agent and broker partnerships at Mindspace; Amy Taylor, international partner and head of flex office advisory UK at Cushman & Wakefield; Greg Miley, vice president of strategy and growth at Desana; and Robert Stevenson, chief operating officer of Techspace.?

The location is set to receive new 4K displays throughout, an impressive 29.5-foot LED wall in The Forum, an enhanced audiovisual system, and new furnishings to ensure your events are nothing short of extraordinary.
