The CSCCB is a 501(c)3 nonprofit training and education organization located in Corpus Christi, Texas. The CSCCB delivers safety and site-specific training and job safety orientations to contractors and employees of numerous refining and petrochemical, and chemical plants on the Texas Gulf Coast. The roots of the organization are firmly entrenched in the chemical, petrochemical, and refining industries. With cutting edge technology, the CSCCB also responds to other industries' training needs by applying and leveraging its acquired regulatory and compliance expertise. This results in reductions in cost while improving the quality of required training and documentation. The CSSCB is a founding member of the Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils (ARSC). ARSC is a nonprofit corporation chartered on October 7, 1997, to enhance the sharing of resources, expertise, and best practices and to reduce unnecessary duplicate training. The results are shared cost savings with other association members who maintain and utilize current state-of-the-art training programs for a fraction of the development cost while ensuring program integrity by reciprocal members via audits and program reviews.
