The Nurses' Home at 9+CO is officially recognized on the National Register of Historic Places by the U.S. Department of the Interior. Since we first began the development at what is now 9+CO, we consistently heard from the community that this building should be preserved for its contribution to the heritage of the State of Colorado. Every year, we sponsor a local family for the holiday season through The Challenge Foundation as part of our annual team give-back initiative.
