Last week, Contexture's leadership and Board of Directors came together in Arizona and spent time at Solari, Inc.?During this visit, they got an overview of Solari's services and toured the facilities where they operate Arizona’s statewide crisis line, 988 Mental Health Line, 2-1-1 Arizona and more. It was a great opportunity to see how community partnerships with organizations like Solari have led to successes with our Contexture projects and programs such as the Crisis Bed Registry and CommunityCares.??? Our CommunityCares team (alongside Unite Us) hosted its free 'On the Road Series' workshop today for community-based organizations and medical providers in Yuma?and surrounding Arizona counties at the Yuma Regional Medical Center. ?? This workshop provided attendees with an?opportunity to get individualized, on-site support on how to best utilize CommunityCares, Arizona’s statewide?social determinants of health (#SDOH) closed-loop?referral system.
