The GRAC represents Civitas full and affiliate members who bring extensive federal and state government relations experience. This committee is dedicated to overseeing the development and execution of Civitas’ public policy agenda, focusing on key priorities including interoperability, quality improvement, data infrastructure, and human service integration. The GRAC will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Civitas’ public policy agenda. AzRHA Presents: Advance Care Planning Training ?? Join the Arizona Rural Health Association on Tuesday March 11 for Advance Care Planning Training presented by Carla Sutter of the Arizona Healthcare Directives Registry (AzHDR). Advance care planning is essential for ensuring that a person's beliefs, values, and preferences are understood and documented, guiding future decision-making when they are unable to communicate their wishes. This training will equip attendees with the knowledge to confidently start advance care planning conversations with clients and assist them in completing the necessary advance directive documents and registering them with the AzHDR. This interactive session also provides an opportunity to share challenges and ideas to enhance advance care planning across the state. ??
